Chris Grimes is the consultant and he has over 35 years of EMC experience and is well known across the World. He was the President of Chemitox EMC Research Inc. in Japan, a Japanese EMC test laboratory. He has considerable experience with testing in the Military, Commercial, Space and Automobile fields and has provided EMC consultancy and training throughout Europe and the Far East and contributed to seminars and courses at the IIE and ERA as well as in-house for many companies World wide. More recently, he has been involved with the Channel Tunnel Rail link and Heathrow's Terminal 5 construction. For several years he was the presenter of the Hewlett Packard EMC training course as well as the Assessment Services training courses. He has been involved with the design and build of Open Area Test Sites along with the  training of the respective staff in Japan, Singapore, South Africa, and the UK. He has also had considerable experience in the World of Quality Assurance creating quality assurance systems/policies.
